The average demand for animal feed continues to increase, yet most of the animal feed distributed in Tanah Bumbu Regency is still sourced from outside the region. Therefore, the establishment of a local animal feed factory is necessary to ensure efficient and effective price stability. The planned development of a local feed factory in Tanah Bumbu Regency presents a significant opportunity to improve distribution efficiency, expand the market, and maintain price stability. According to the Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Tanah Bumbu Regency, this project is located in a designated strategic agropolitan and minapolitan area. In terms of land use designation, Kusan Hilir District is intended for industrial processing development.
